This kit provides a complete rotary table and indexing solution.
This 4" horizontal/vertical rotary table is perfect for indexing, circular cutting, angle setting, bolt patterns, arched slots, cutting out flywheels, boring, and spot facing operations on a milling machine.
This rotary table is made of precision machined cast iron and has a 2 Morse taper center hole. The table is graduated with a 360-degree scale. The handwheel utilizes a 1:72 ratio resulting in 5° per handwheel revolution. The rotary table is furnished with lock down clamps. The table has a low profile of 55mm (2.17") in the horizontal position.
The dividing plate has circles with 20, 21, 22, and 23 holes on one side and 25, 26, 27, and 28 on the other.
The tailstock is adjustable in height.
The 3 inch 3-Jaw independent lathe chuck includes a chuck key, reversible jaws, and mounting bolts.
The lathe chuck adapter lets you mount a 3" 3- or 4-jaw lathe chuck on a rotary table with a 2 Morse taper center hole. There is an alignment boss that projects into the tapered hole for quick alignment. It is clamped to the rotary table with T-slot nuts that are included.
