Lathe and Mill Lubrication Kit

Includes the two products we recommend for routine lubrication of mini lathes and mini mills as well as other machine tools.

Lubriplate 630-AA Lithium Grease is recommended for general purpose lubrication. It features high anti-wear compounds for extra lubricity. It is water resistant and works over a wide operating temperature range.

Mobil Vactra Oil No. 2 is recommended for the lubrication of machine tool slideway systems. Mobil machine oil can be used for lubrication of ball screws, linear guides, headstocks, translating screws. They are designed for use with combinations of cast iron, steel and non-metallic way materials. Mobil machine oil may be applied by hand, forced-feed lubricator or in flood application by circulation system.

A 6 oz. oiler with a case-hardened trigger to handle thicker liquids. The hardened trigger means it's good for even thick machine oils as well as most types of cutting oils. The spout is designed for use on the little ball oilers present on most machines and machine tools.
